The Laud

Hey Trybees! How are you all doing? I hope this blog post meets you in good spirit. I am still routing for you and never forget that. I am excited to put out this blog today, it’s my 10th blog post  and I am thrilled. I started Penbee sometime last year not knowing what to expect, it was a leading I had and I just started. You have stood by me every step of the way, reading each post everytime it drops without getting tired. Engaging in each post, sending comments, constructive feedback, testimonials and I do not take it for granted. I am really grateful for each and everyone on this space. This is a win for us all and I choose to celebrate. 🥂Quickly, I want to hint on something I think is timely and noteworthy.

I choose to celebrate my wins whether the little or big wins. People often celebrate bigger wins, reward themselves for attaining a milestone achievement but what they do not know is small wins are possibly one of the most important aspects of progress. Motivation and confidence in our lives that are often overlooked. Little wins are stepping stones to building a masterpiece. There are several steps taken to build resilience, passion, consistency and character. These are the little steps worth celebrating. The irony is people find it funny when you celebrate your little wins, they even make you feel stupid for not achieving something bigger or much more. Little wins matter a lot more than you think. Their impact propagates much further than even the context of where that win was experienced.

“The great victory which appears so simple today, was the result of a series of small victories that went unnoticed.”  – Paul Coelho

“Small wins are exactly what they sound like, and are part of how keystone habits create widespread change.” – Sonya Looney

“Look for small victories and build on that. Each small victory even if it is just getting up five minutes earlier, gives you confidence. You realize that these little victories make you feel great, and you keep going. You realize that being paralyzed by fear or failure is worse than failure.” – Arnold Schwarzenegger

A more nuanced point is that the way you feel about yourself after the little win is actually way bigger than the actions of little wins. It affects you in other areas of your life. Little wins are essential for momentum. I think this topic kind of explains itself, there is nothing complex about letting go of limiting beliefs and celebrating yourself for every feat achieved. It is as simple as knowing your name so start doing it today. So Trybees, this is where I end this discourse. It has been a thrilling journey, I am learning to leave my comfort zone, challenge myself and constantly question the things I know. Penbee has shaped me to be a work in progress, I would not have done it without your support. Last month, I made a post that I will be giving gifts to celebrate this 10th blog post and I will do that in due time. In other news, I am currently working on a project that I will launch by the end of the year. I want you to be expectant. The necessary links and instructions will be made available in subsequent posts so look out for that. Trust me when I say it’s fresh, insightful and something you have never seen before. I am working and pushing myself to add value to people’s lives and impact them in my little way. All I need you to do is keep supporting me. Again I am thanking you for joining me in celebration of my 10th blog post, let the journey to the 20th begin!! Love you all.❤️
